Sales great, service needs work. Purchase of new vehicle was a good experience overall. But, when I brought my vehicle for 6 month service and zaktek application I worked with a service rep who seemed put out by my visit. Even though I called and made an appointment he indicated that they did not do zaktek service on Fridays. Why I wasn't told that when I made the appointment is a mystery. First purchase from North Park My experience with North Park Toyota was great! I worked with Wes and Ramsey. I did everything by phone and the process couldn’t have been easier. When my Tundra was delivered to my door, Mark did an amazing job going over the paperwork with me and the truck - showing me I was getting everything I was promised. When it’s time, I’ll definitely buy from them again and I will refer anyone who’s looking for an easy and honest process.
Strive for customer service! I have always serviced my vehicle here and never disappointed. Martin went above and beyond to help and answer all my questions without hesitation. Unfortunately you don’t get that kind of help everywhere anymore. This is the reason I keep coming back.
Oil change service I have always taken my tundra for scheduled services and have always done walk in with no problems. This time I made an appointment online. To my surprise it was done fast. It turned out I also needed a battery. The service was excellent.

Excellent Salesman, very knowledgeable This was my first purchase of a Toyota vehicle at Norh Park Toyota. I have been buying Toyota vehicles since 2000 from another dealer I was trading a 2011 Highlander Limited and was looking to purchase a 2018 Highlander.
