Oil change & tire rotation appointment. I had an appointment for 740 this morning and I got there early. I got there early & they went ahead and took me in and did my oil change and tire rotation and I was gone by 8 o’clock. Even though that was only 40 minutes it was a big help to me because I had a doctors appointment that I did not want to miss. they are too wonderful

Saturday operations!! Your Saturday operations was flawless! Your service manager, Mr.Fred was a vital asset in the success of my visit! Even though it was Saturday, his get it done attitude was noteworthy! This can only enhance our future visits, please do not change anything!! I also visited your parts department, it was outstanding! The battery change and system check was outstanding!!

Another great experience. Stopped in to have my tires checked out due to air pressure light coming on... greeted with a smile. It was a Saturday so pretty busy. But they took care of me and everyone very friendly and had me on the road within a reasonable time frame. Even though I had to wait. The TV’s available, outdoor patio area and cafe area makes my wait a lot more comfortable ..loyal to northpark Toyota and super happy they continue to exceed our expectations.

Tundra brakes They took good care of me and my truck. I got new rear rotors, a courtesy massage, excellent oatmeal cookies, coffee and Diet Dr Pepper.

It was great in and out within and hour and half.we Well the guys in the service department are great very friendly and helpful. I know that when I come here to service my car I will be treated with respect and the Quality of the work is excellent.
