Johnny the mechanic is the best customer service oriented person at the dealership,,he was a mechanic , now a service advisor,,find him,, get him to manage anything for you,,,he is the best,, very knowledgeable,,hey I even just bought a car from him,,thats right,,,he sold me a new RAV!! Blaine was excellent! My experience with North Park Toyota was a great one. I came there because I purchased a Lexus from North Park Lexus...and I have to say...both dealerships are superb! Will definitely recommend friends to buy from North Park Toyota...and it's directly due to Blaine Waddell.
I had a bad experience with another dealership 2 wks prior and had been frustrated doing my research and had all kinds of sales rep from other dealerships contacting me. I don't like to think of myself as an impatient person, but there is nothing I hate more than having to go through the details of purchasing a new vehicle at a dealership. Trey was so professional and helpful from the second we walked into the dealership. Both myself and my partner dreaded walking in to make a new car purchase as we knew it typically can take several hours or even days. In less than an hour I had signed my last paper and was walking out of the door a new owner of a Toyota, Yaris. We submitted an inquiry for a Toyota Tundra and were fortunate enough to be contacted by Robert Robles. Most prospective buyers are intimidated by the aggressive salesperson.
