I was very happy with the overall process in sales and finance. Both Blake and Alex are of the utmost respectful and helpful in making a customer feel comfortable and confident in there selection of vehicle.
I was recommended to Blaine by my boss. Blaine offered me great customer service considering I made my appointment past 7pm. The car was ready to test drive as soon as I got there and I was able to take the car home within two hours. He also called me the next day to follow up and make sure I didn't have any questions. Would highly recommend!
I came in to North Park as a first time buyer. I just wanna say these guys are professional and n. I wanted a new Tacoma 4x4 and Robert Robles stopped at nothing to find me the right one. We could have gone anywhere in San Antonio to purchase a new vehicle. Having owned a Toyota and receiving exceptional customer service every time I took my Hylander in for service at North Park Toyota, made me feel like I could not break the loyalty NP Toyota had shown me. I was referred to Blaine by my sister (who purchased her first car). Blaine definitely had great customer service and was very knowledgeable on the car I wanted to purchase. He also made sure I walked out with the car I wanted and at the price I was comfortable with. I would recommend him and North Park Toyota to my friends and family. It is quite a drive, but it is all well worth it.
I went to this Dealership and although it is very far, it is a very nice and the customer service is amazing. I am a first time buyer and both Blain and Justin were very helpful in getting me into a vehicle with no problem at all.
