My father and I arrived at North Park at 11:30am on 1/10/14. My rating is based on the following facts: The car that I had driven from Austin to purchase was not cleaned properly, all four valve stem caps were missing, the bumper was not attached properly, and specific work, a Toyota recall, that I was told would be completed two days prior was not done.
