We have never had a bad experience. All the staff are super and very prompt.

Best decision to take my children there. I think sometimes the dentist can be associated with having some feelings of anxiety. However, at North Point my mind is at ease because I know my sons are in good hands. And if I’m at ease and feel confident with the staff and quality of care, my sons can sense that and they can feel more comfortable. Amazing staff kind loving and caring ! I love it they are so kind caring and professional they take the time to explain each procedure and make the children comfortable and make it fun my daughter loves it I would recommend to my friends and family 😊
Accomodating Today we had two appointments for my sons and my husband had my keys. We thought we were going to miss one of my child's appointments but they were very accommodating and worked him in. The appointments are always quick and the ladies are always friendly. The only thing that I would say would make it perfect would be if the courtesy of 30% discount when paying upfront was still in practice. It is now 20% for paying upfront which is still good, but of course paying out-of-pocket 30% was fantastic. Still better th... read more
Excellent Care So kind and caring - put us at ease immediately when we brought in a child with tooth trauma.
Professional and fun for the kids. I'm happy that we chose North Point to take our kiddos to. They are very patient with the kids and they talk and ask them questions, not just the parents. They definitely make going to the dentist fun!
