Consistently nice, professional, clean, and thorough My son has been a patient since he was 1 years old. We come back every 6 months and we are consistently happy with our experience. The office is very modern without being cold, cheerful while also being professional, and quick while also thorough. We love it here!
Love North Point! We have had nothing but great experiences at North Point Pediatric Dentistry! The hygienists are always upbeat and nice. They really talk to my girls and are great at explaining what they’re doing and why. Dr. Fishbaugh is fantastic! I love that he sits downs and addresses any concerns and talks us through where our girls are at with their dental health. We never feel rushed.
Very friendly, prompt and caring staff We have been very pleased with our experiences at North Point Pediatric Dentistry. The whole staff is always very friendly to greet us upon arriving, we consistently have a very short wait time, the dental work has always been superior, and I love that the dentist takes time to personally address any concerns we may have. Quick and Friendly My daughter fell and moved a front tooth. I called them for a follow up to make sure everything was okay. They got her in that day. As a first time visitor it was so nice to fill out paper work online to send in before my appointment. Everything was ready when I got there. The nurse was super nice to us. The doctor was very helpful and encouraging. My daughter also enjoyed the toy she got after the appointment. I would highly recommend this dentist office.
Lip/tongue tie revision My infant son had to have lip and tongue tie released to aid with nursing. Dr. Kilgore performed the procedure with a laser, she was very nurturing and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend the office for any family.
Great service We had a cleaning for my 4 year old today with Breanna. She was very professional, friendly with the kids, and knowledgeable! Any questions I asked were answered, and it was overall a great experience!
