Enjoyable first time visit This was our first time at North Point and our experience was nice, Dr. McCrea was very knowledgeable about what my son needed and his patience is to be applauded! I feel very informed about our next step in our son's dental care and felt that I was actually being listened to instead of the all too common rush that many doctors seem to be in! Keep up the good work!
What I Hoped For From the waiting room, to the care, this office is everything I'd hoped for in a pediatric dental office. The waiting room is very welcoming and comfortable with lots of room to move and things to do for kids, including 3 stations of video games and a kids' movie playing on a large screen TV. The examination stations are colorful with a television hanging down at each station to help keep kids entertained while having their teeth examined/cleaned. Your sign says Pediatric but can you make an exception?! If I'm honest I am not a fan of going to the dentist. Managing up the dentist to my kids felt a bit like I was being untruthful... I'd say "oh this will be great... you will have fun... etc". Do you want to know something? She did have fun and it was great! I enjoyed watching my daughter explore this place that was not scary. It was perfect! Maybe you could squeeze me in?! Joking... kind of. 😉
