Quick service, no wait time, very friendly and nice. Both dental assistance were extremely friendly and carefully in cleaning/checking my girls' teeth. They told me about the new fluoride plan so I had time to check if they were covered under it. The doctor was really nice and also friendly. Professional and friendly My son has special needs and finding a dentist who is calm and patient with him was hard. Then we found Northpoint and they changed our lives. We won't go anywhere else.
Excellent experience from beginning to end! Everyone is fantastic at this office. The experience is organized and pleasant. Each person you deal with is friendly and communicative. You never leave there with any questions unanswered!

Amazing care for child with sensory processing disorder Dr McCrea is patient, kind, and reassuring with my two year old son who has sensory processing disorder. Every visit has been a positive experience. Dr McCrea is never rushed and takes the time to make my son feel comfortable. It's huge. Always a good experience Dr Fishbaugh is awesome. So far all of the hygienists and assistants have been kind and patient. My son has special needs with sensory issues and anxiety and even at his worst they have done their best to be patient and positive. All three of my kids actually love to go to the dentist. The best!! I can't say enough good things!! My daughter was very nervous and Dr Fishbaugh and his assistant were absolutely amazing!! Knew exactly what to say and do to calm her down!! Would never go anywhere else.
Fun to get teeth cleaned! The technician customized the cleaning to my daughter so that she could successfully get her teeth cleaned without being scared. So great for kids!
