LONG LIVE healthy imaginations!!! McKenna has again survived two fillings and a cap! What more can I say? Although she didn't know exactly what was going on at each moment, she was completely aware of herself, the awesome Dr. Fishbaugh (Fishball lives on!!!) and Miss Amy as they completed two fillings and a temporary crown all while discussing snowboarding! Overall, I am pleased and looking forward to future visits. The only downfall was having my insurance company completing predetermination for cost, having it confirmed when I made my son's appointment, and then being asked to pay almost $200 more than what insurance is requiring or what was discussed during schedule set-up. Eventually, what was confirmed was found, but it made for a frustrating experience for me (and probably the lady who was dealing with my account). Amazing staff This was our first visit. My daughter is 2.5 years old and the staff was amazing with her. I was very impressed that both the hygienist and the doctor really took their time and talked with her to make sure she was not afraid. They also dont push unnescessary procedures. Great experience I will be coming back.
