Easy, pleasant dental experience My daughters are. Omfortanle svd unafraid to see the dentist. They pay attention to little details and provide wonderful service.
First appointment and I was a little thrown off by the fact that the front desk told me they had no appointment scheduled for my son. I found the voicemail asking me to confirm the appt. They were able to squeeze me in, but unfortunate not the best first impression. Doctor and staff were great!
Kids Friendly We really like that all staff and doctor are kids friendly, can speak at the kids level and as well the facility. My 5 years old son enjoy to be there, and want to come back... As recommendation, it will be better that you put some kind of sign on the entreance of the parking and also on the entrance on the building.
Ready to serve! A few minutes after arriving the was a major car accident right outside the building! All of the staff sprung into action called 911, ran outside to check on the driver of the vehicle that ended up hitting a pole and stopping on the lawn of Northpoint! Even the doctors came from the back to go check on the victim! All of this on top of the amazing service we always receive from Northpoint! Special shoutout to Bridgette and Amber and the amazing Dr. McCrea!!!
Best Around Dr. Fishbaugh and his team are the absolute best in the area. Today, my 4 year old son received his first full cleaning from Rebekah who was an absolute rockstar. Her patience and understanding with him was amazing and very much appreciated as he was a bit scared. Kudos to the entire team for having big welcoming smiles on their faces - it always makes the kids feel at ease.
Wonderful Staff My 7 year old had to get two fillings and sealants. The doctor and staff did a wonderful job with keeping my child calm and entertained. I love the environment and everyone will be pleased with North Point Pediatric Dentist.
Great Practice for fearful kids My daughter came to North Point very scared because of bad experiences at other dentists. Dr. Fishbaugh and his staff were great and worked with her at her level. She has been a patient here for a few years now and no longer has a fear of the dentist. She insists on going back for her cleanings and checkups all by herself now. Great with kids! My son came in for two fillings his morning. I love the way Dr McCrea works with the child to determine how much they can handle. My son cooperated but was struggling through the first filling. Dr McCrea sensed that and decided to wait on the second filling. Not pushing my son beyond his max tolerance. He is great with kids!! He is also great at explaining things to the parent to make them comfortable with the suggested plan of action.
Thanks for the help I received good quality help to save my daughter's teeth I was pleased with the effort.
