Brighams appointment I love how well you guys work with my newly 3 year old son. You guys are great at explaining to me what your plan of action for his decay is. I feel comfortable and this last visit Brigham actually did great for the Floride treatment
Extremely Kid and Family Friendly My daughter and son went to the dentist today. She loves the dentist, and he is petrified. They both are treated with compassion and respect. We walked out with smile and clean teeth. They treat each one where they are and do everything they can to make them feel at ease. Highly recommend them no matter how your child feels about the dentist.
Very accommodating with my child with special needs My daughter is autistic and this was her first dental visit. I was expecting her to have a major meltdown, but the atmosphere and staff are very welcoming and she stayed calm. The hygienist & Doctor were very patient & kind with her, I really appreciate all of the staff! Thank you for helping this be a stress free visit!
Love North Point. When people ask about a pediatric dentist I always recommend this office!!! We've been coming to Fishbaugh since my 14 year old was 18 months old. Fantastic staff....always smiling and pleasant. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK NORTH POINT STAFF!!!!
So impressed My son was extremely anxious regarding his first procedure at Northpoint. The staff was incredible, explaining step by step what they were doing and allowing him time to create trust and relax as much as he could. I am so impressed with the service @ Northpoint.
Very kid friendly They were great when my four-year-old had to have two molar cavities taken care of. She was a little worried at first but was fine when she got there. They were very supportive and helpful and walked her through it and kept her feeling calm and safe the whole time. Thank you so much!!!
Kid friendly and professional My kids LOVE North Point Pediatric Dentistry. We live over 45 minutes away from their office and had no luck with the dentists that surround us. We stumbled upon North Point and every appointment is a great experience for my children. The staff are pleasant and Dr.McCrea is awesome with kids, even with my difficult 3 year old! The entire staff is always so friendly and efficient. Aware of the current renovation noise and atmosphere, the staff and doctor extended apologies for the disruption. The kids said current video game options were "alright." Overall, excellent experience!
