Good Visit We sat in the waiting room a long time, which is unusual for this office. But the visit went well and Dr. F was great as usual. No problems or issues!
Impressive I am always impressed with how well the dentists and their staff are with my children. They have an amazing ability to put my children at ease even when they are going to pull a tooth. They seem to really care and they go out of their way to make sure that your child has a great experience at the dentist. I recommend them to anyone who asks me where I take my children to the dentist.
Everyone is always very friendly and professional We always have such pleasant visits from the time we walk in the door until we leave. Everyone is so nice. Things are explained to both my daughter and i, in a manner we understand.
Friendly and professional care We are very pleased with the care of our son here. The staff have all been friendly. Service has been prompt. Dr McCrea engages well with our 4 year old while working on his teeth and is alert to how our son is handling the encounter. I thought he very wisely limited the amount of work right to the point at which our son was ready to be done. I feel confident that this will make our son more receptive to working with the dentist again in the future.
Extremely friendly and professional! My kids were horrified of going to the dentist after a very bad experience with a dental practice in South Bend. I quickly moved them to North Point Pediatric Dentistry and we couldn't be happier. Dr. McCrea is absolutely amazing and my kids actually look forward to going for their 6 month checkups. The staff is friendly and the office is clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!!
Fun, Modern Atomosphere! I have known Dr. Fishbaugh for years and couldn't think of a better place to bring my daughter! Thank you for being a great personable person. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and great too!

doctor was very patient my son has down syndrome. the doctor was extremely patient with him. he explained everything in an easy way so we understood why he was making the recommendations that he made.
