Amazing! The only complaint I have is that I waited 10 min past my apt time. But they got us in and out writhin 30 min (I took both my girls in)! Everyone is so so nice and they make me and my girls feel completely comfortable! I just switched to them about 6 months ago and so so glad I did!!!! Will never take my children anywhere else!!

A return to Bedside Manner! My experience with everyone, from the reception desk, to the "nurses" and techs, as well as checking out is infused with kind, familial courtesy. But none of that would matter, if our doctor exuded an uncaring, harried air. Doctor Carter McCrea is the most amazing and personable dentist I have ever encountered. They always far exceed my expectations Not only is their dental care superior for my little ones and their office- just downright fun to engage the kids (Wii games in the waiting room, tv screens over the dental chairs, prizes, fun decor, etc). My kiddos look forward to going to the dentist! But, also they are personable to ask and address any concerns we may have. Professional, friendly service The entire staff, the receptionists, billing staff, dental techs and doctors, are all amazingly friendly. They know just the right things to say & questions to ask to make my children, ranging in age from 2-10, comfortable & entertained. The office is bright, clean & a great environment for children. We drive quite a ways & pass many other dental offices in order to get to North Point and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend North Point to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.
