He has assisted me in emergency appointments by coming into his office on non-business days. Dr. Alexander’s head office manager, Veronica, immediately acknowledged my concern with my several month old implant when I walked in with my issue. She arranged for Dr. To see me within 25 minutes. Dr. Examined me and assured that I had some food debris under the implant and should increase cleaning procedures with floss over and above my brushing and water lick use. Back to normal. Dr. Alexander and staff have been great for 15 years!
