Very understanding and helpful.
Follow-up for root canal. Dr. Alexander saw me 20 minutes after calling due to an infection. The visit was not rushed, he is a very kind dentist. We have over 10 years of experience with him and his office and they have been as good as possible. Very professional, kind, and reasonable business!

I was immediately scheduled within 2 hours for an appointment upon contact with Dr. Alexander's Office. Veronica accommodated my emergency condition pronto. Dr. provided professional and immediate action to address my condition. He prescribed an antibiotic for infection / inflammation which alleviated my condition within 24 hours to be prepared for further required treatment which was promptly scheduled. Dr. Alexander's office has been my DDS for 15 years and I am very satisfied with every experience.
Very nice and accommodating. I am in a transfer chair and have a feeding tube, as well as, a Supra pubic tube. They took time and were gentle. They assisted rather than doing things before telling me what they are doing. Very kind and understanding!
