This is how it is almost every time. Arleen is very attentive and thorough and knowledgeable. And then the dentis breezes in...it used to be Clayton and lately it's been Canby. They barely say hello. They look in my mouth, mumble under their breath, sometimes chide me for having forgotten my mouth guard and then leave...leaving me to ask whether everything is ok. The office is effecient and works well. I only wish the dentists had more empathy and spent just one or two more moments making their patients feel like human being... read more
Going to the dentist's office has always terrified me, but everyone working here is incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgable. I can relax knowing that my teeth are in such great care.
Dr Canby was wonderfully patient with me as she removed an old crown. Her expertise, knowledge and skills enabled me to feel comfortable and "taken care " of throughout my appointment
