Why are Northern Manor Nursing homes forcing nurses use their private insurance to pay for corona virus blood test? Does this not go against workers comp and OSHA safety guidelines that the employer is responsible for protecting workers work environment ? At first they took real good care of my mom now they don't take care. They throw diaper's at her to change herself. You call and call nobody calls back. You ask to speak with a doctor nothing. It's just really sad they are there to help your loved ones and they don't. If they were interested in helping people they would be doing anything they can to help the patients. I understand some things aren't allowed but come on. Not happy at all.

I have tried to speak to a human being about concerns for my aunt who is presently in the rehab. She came from the hospital after having pneumonia due to COVID. She needs to get stronger so she came come home. I have serious concerns about her care. It is absolutely unacceptable that we have not been able to talk to a nurse. My aunt is very dehydrated and confused. She does not pick up her phone, sometimes bc it is out of reach or off the hook. When she does she complains that she is thirsty and can barely talk. My friends mom passed away at this place under suspicious circumstances and all she wants is answers as to how her mom died. Pleaseee pleasee pleaseeee repost message in comment section with #JUSTICEFORGINA hashtag so we can get a response back! All she wants is closure and they are ghosting her and constantly changing their story. No one seems to know what happened to her and there seems to have been no one there for hours!
