My friends mom passed away at this place under suspicious circumstances and all she wants is answers as to how her mom died. All she wants is closure and they are ghosting her and constantly changing their story. No one seems to know what happened to her and there seems to have been no one there for hours! We demand answers!!! What happened to Gina?!!!!.. They have proven your facility to be negligent and incompetent!!.. No family should have to grieve the way her family is due to your negligence and or possible abuse!!. I am very disappointed with the services that were provided to my grandmother. Northern Manor's staff is not respectful nor efficient. When visiting my grandmother on numerous occasions she was left sitting in soiled (feces) sheets and gowns. She smelled, wasn't properly cleaned and the sores she acquired while being there weren't properly treated. When speaking to the staff and voicing my concerns, I was brushed off or told "I or we just cleaned her!". The facility is understaffed, the staff is not properly trained and my ... read more
my mother is on a ventilator and has no voice box. she cant talk. her call bell is not available to her because its on the floor. my mother fell on the floor. my mothers health is declining. ive waited days for a social worker to contact me. i need my mother transferred to another facility
This place is filthy. How on earth it received 4 stars from CMS is beyond me. The system is rigged or corrupt.
