I am very disappointed with the services that were provided to my grandmother. Northern Manor's staff is not respectful nor efficient. When visiting my grandmother on numerous occasions she was left sitting in soiled (feces) sheets and gowns. She smelled, wasn't properly cleaned and the sores she acquired while being there weren't properly treated. When speaking to the staff and voicing my concerns, I was brushed off or told "I or we just cleaned her!". The facility is understaffed, the staff is not properly trained and my ... read more

my mother is on a ventilator and has no voice box. she cant talk. her call bell is not available to her because its on the floor. my mother fell on the floor. my mothers health is declining. ive waited days for a social worker to contact me. i need my mother transferred to another facility
This place is filthy. How on earth it received 4 stars from CMS is beyond me. The system is rigged or corrupt.
My fathers room left this home. Was wheeled out by his wife right passed all the nurses and front desk. My dad right to escape as well. If it was for the receptionists boy there socializing at the front desk. My dad who has dementia would have walked. This place is fithy understaffed, uneducated about patients and dementia. They neglect the patients. I have two numbers for advocates to help that do not work at the home. And I will gladly give the to you.
my sister in-law unfortunately is there. All her underwear is missing as well as all her socks. She had nothing on under her slacks, not even a pull-up! All of her clothes smelled of urine! It's very dirty. SOMEONE HAS GOT TO GET HER OUT OF THERE....GET HER CLOSER TO HOME!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately it's not in our hands....SMH
