they never pick up the phone I call all day
stole money from my account due to their clerical error.
Why does it take 12 working days for a check to clear into you account. I deposited a check on I deposited a check on 2/1/19 and being told it will be in my account on 2/18/19. Never in my life have I heard of such requirements. Normal time frame is 5 to 6 days. The money was deposited for a purpose and now with this timely issue plans made in advance have been delicated. Been here to long, time to move on to another banking facility!
They need more/better customer service representatives.

Terrible customer service. Every time going through the drive thru there is never a teller. Have to wait despite being able to see employees walking by and noticing I am sitting there. When they finally do wait on you they are not friendly at all , Like you are inconveniencing them. And trying to call to speak to someone is a joke !

Terrible customer service. If you call them you get a machine. They never get back to you. Very rude employees!
