Dr. Brown was fantastic explaining the options to us. He was patient and answered all of our questions. We are excited to start this journey.
Overall visit went very good. Doctor was very helpful and took time to explain details. However I didn't like rude manner by the receptionist. When I arrived she was on phone talking to someone. I was waiting there for 7 mins plus after she gave a face and asked me to give her ID and insurance card, still talking on phone which is ok. Not shown basic manner of telling me to take seat, will attend after the call she was engaged then. Instead she was not talking without even give a face or eye contact. Felt rude behavior.

Dr Brown was very competent and explained to me the entire procedure he would do. The nurse was very kind and competent with her job. The ladies in the front desk were very kind too. Jennifer explained to me in great detail everything related to what the insurance covered.

The staff did a great job in my consult and explaining it to me what will happen!! Definitely will recommend them to others
