All staff was courteous, informative and thorough. The follow up call after surgery by the Dr. was very professional!
The staff was professional, organized and courteous. We appreciated the ordered process and billing.
Overall visit went very good. Doctor was very helpful and took time to explain details. However I didn't like rude manner by the receptionist. When I arrived she was on phone talking to someone. I was waiting there for 7 mins plus after she gave a face and asked me to give her ID and insurance card, still talking on phone which is ok. Not shown basic manner of telling me to take seat, will attend after the call she was engaged then. Instead she was not talking without even give a face or eye contact. Felt rude behavior.
