Amazing staff!!! We moved here a few months ago and when we had an emergency this morning I needed a vet. I called Northgate and spoke with Jilliane who is so kind, and she helped me get an appointment the same day. LOVE Dr. Juhl and all the staff. If you have a pet this is where you should be taking them!

they were very helpful. my buddy was diagnosed with diabetes and in a very scary time they patiently explained things to me gave me lessons on how to administer the insulin with a demo on stuffed animal. called for follow up to see how it was going and made this so much easier to handle. thank you Soo much for caring
I'm so happy we have a wonderful reptile vet here in Decatur illinois, Dr Sara Dutra💚 did my blue eyed leautisic python exam,,she's very knowledgeable ,professional, and kind!!!!!Decatur is very lucky to have her,Noel liked her too!!!!Oh,her prices are very fair too!!💯💛🙏Thank you Dr Dutra!!!!
Honestly I already left a fabulous review on google but I feel I need to leave one here too. They have just been amazing with my boys so far. Between tooth removal to now helping my itchy dog, it’s just been nothing but good things to say about them. Reasonably priced, amazing staff, and top of the line care.

We are having an issue with our Boxer puppy Bodee and Dr. Jennifer R-W had an open slot to see him. She and vet Tech Angie were very thorough and compassionate in both care and explanation, plus I very much appreciated her requesting follow-up on how Bodee was doing the next day. Dr. Jennifer also took care of our previous Boxer dog for 10 years. She is outstanding.

Competent, compassionate care by every staff member I have encountered in the last two years. We have two cats and a rowdy large dog and get excellent service every visit.

I had to take Maddy, my 10 yr old Dorkie, to Dr. Baker because he specializes in dentistry. She had a bad reaction to anesthesia that was almost fatal, so our regular Vet referred us to Northgate because of Dr. Baker's excellent reputation as a specialist.
