Love the Doctors and staff here! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We have been here twice so far with our dogs and will continue to come! They fixed up one of our dogs nail first thing this morning. He is doing great sporting his bandage with trucks on it.
Fast experience not much wait even though they were somewhat busy when I went in, very friendly staff, very knowledgeable doctors and effective treatment. Can't ask for much more than that.
I walked in yesterday scared for my dogs life. She had not been eating for a day or two. She had diharea and vominiting. They immediately took her back, the Dr spoke to me in a calm way and explained everything they were doing. She ended up staying overnight with fluids and antibiotics. Today, I called several times to see if she was feeling better and could I come pick her up... each time, Shannon answered the phone and was courteous and kind. I highly recommend North side Animall Hospital. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I was visiting family when my Shih Tzu became very ill for the second time, a different vet had misdiagnosed her. The Dr. At Nortside found a bowel obstruction.Rather than taking advantage of the situation and operating he suggested trying a remedy. He said we will operate as a last resort. Dr. Hall is absolutely the best! We love him and his staff! He took wonderful care of our sweet Harley and always went above and beyond for us! He came to my house on Sunday afternoon when our poor Harley was dying from horrible cancer. I called Dr. Hall and he was at my house within 30 minutes. God Bless him!

We have been using Northside since we moved to the area 3 years ago. Today, I took my furbabies in to get their vaccines. After returning home, Max started swelling up, turning red, itching and developing whelps. I immediately contacted the office and was advised to return to the clinic with him. Dr. Hall and his entire staff was great with taking care of my furbaby during this time. We've used multiple vets as we have lived all over and Northside is by far the BEST we've ever used.
