I took my almost 7 year old pit bull here on an emergency as her primary vet was booked and it was recommended I bring her here. The place wasn't the art of the state facility however, we were greeted right away as soon as we walked in and checked in. Told the receptionist/assistant what was wrong with my fur baby and she took us to the exam room right away. Then she took all the information needed. Dr. Hall and the staff were awesome! Everyone was courteous and professional. My kitty and I were both nervous, but they quickly made us feel at ease. They took great care of my injured kitty, and took the time to address all of my concerns.

Love the Doctors and staff here! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We have been here twice so far with our dogs and will continue to come! They fixed up one of our dogs nail first thing this morning. He is doing great sporting his bandage with trucks on it.
Fast experience not much wait even though they were somewhat busy when I went in, very friendly staff, very knowledgeable doctors and effective treatment. Can't ask for much more than that.
I walked in yesterday scared for my dogs life. She had not been eating for a day or two. She had diharea and vominiting. They immediately took her back, the Dr spoke to me in a calm way and explained everything they were doing. She ended up staying overnight with fluids and antibiotics. I highly recommend North side Animall Hospital. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I was visiting family when my Shih Tzu became very ill for the second time, a different vet had misdiagnosed her. The Dr. At Nortside found a bowel obstruction.Rather than taking advantage of the situation and operating he suggested trying a remedy. He said we will operate as a last resort.
