It was dissappointing to discover previous damage to the vehicle that was not explained to me. Also discovered that there was a manufacturer recall on airbag which was also not explained to me. I make a joke that you're not supposed to sign anything without first reading it - but that was what I did as I had confidence in the dealership.
The process was simple, straight to the point, everyone at the dealership was super friendly, Leo was very responsive and upfront about everything. Will recommend to everyone!
I live I Connecticut. I saw a car I liked and whose price as right onlie at Northway in Newton, NJ. I drove 2 hours to get there. When I got there, Ryan was very nice and let me test drive the car. We both agreed that I would return so that 1) he could replace the windshield, which had a crack in it and 2) I could figure out with my bank (credit union) what would be the best way to pay off the balance of the car (I had put down a $3,000 deposit on my first trip to Northway). Cannot express how relieved I am for shopping here, my daughter needed a new vehicle after totaling her old one in an accident. The salesperson Leo was really nice as well as the manager in the back. Financing took a little long because I was missing some paperwork but they were patient and got me approved. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

Considering what usually goes on in certified and/or used car dealerships (pressure from sales & finance people, outright snobbery to the point of being ignored, etc). I just purchase a 2013 Toyota Prius from the guys at Northway. My salesperson Justin was awesome from start to finish. Great communication and made the process super easy. There was no hassle and no bogus fees they were just all around nice people. Shout out to Shane for having a laugh with me. Found these guys through Car Gurus, I was called by Leo, bing, bang, boom! I had a car the next morning. They don't waste your time at the dealership and are very knowledgeable about their cars, which they have so many of! I loved their Miata line up front! Sending my cousin here in a few months.
