I had to have my sweet girl put to sleep, she had been sick for quite some time, but declined over the course of two days, my regular vet could not be bothered to help me, which I was appalled at how I was treated when all she needed was to go without suffering. They had made my appointment on a Monday, but she was dying on Saturday morning and in a lot of pain. Always friendly & seem to honestly care about pets ! Scheduling online & Saturday appointments are so convenient. Even though we’ve moved back to Madison it’s worth the drive 🤩🐾
The staff is excellent, service is always friendly, pets are comfoforyable with the personnel and social atmosphere. They take good care and tell you the truth.
We’ve been seeing Dr Diffey for over 25 years! Great Vet and wonderful friendly staff.
I love the way they are quick to get my Yorkie in to see them. Dr. Diffey is so loving to my puppy and s so are the other staff members. They are our go to veterinarian clinic!!!
I recently had a sick kitty and they were able to not only figure out what was wrong but do a surgery to get the object out quickly. She is doing so much better and they took such good care of her. She’s a vocal (and sometimes grumpy) cat and she loves the staff here!

they have been our choice for 13 years. I love the whole staff. Just this past week we had to say goodbye to our female cat Misty. the staff was kind,compassionate,caring and worked with us. they mailed us a card and made an imprint of her paws as a keepsake. I will cherish it forever. I will not go to any other clinic with my fur babies. thank y'all again for caring.
