Fed my dog food that makes him bleed from his rectum after being instructed not to feed him that. Fed my dog his food too much so he ran out early. Called me to upsell and unneeded service. I do not recommend NWRAC due to their lack of detail and accountability.

I dropped my baby off on Thursday for boarding! Before I dropped her off I took my baby a bath and we played catch for a while until it was time for her to go! I checked on her frequently on Thursday and was told that she was having some separation anxiety but overall she was okay. Fast forward to Friday morning; I get a called from the vet office stating that she was having some diarrhea and ask if she could be seen by the vet. I took my baby for boarding on Thursday because I was going out of town! WORSE DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE! When we woke up that morning she had a bath and severe case of the zomies! She was so happy and I gave her plenty of kisses. During the trip I checked on her frequently and was told she was doing fine but was having some diarrhea! No serious attention paid to my pet’s worsening condition, just a “let’s try this and wait and see if it works” attitude, as I paid out more and more money based on said guesses to do anything in my power to save my pet even as her symptoms worsened. Initial guesses were far off compared to the true diagnoses (which someone else somewhere else confirmed days later). Dr. Diffy has been our vet for many years. She took care of our kitties from the date we got each of them until the day they each died. She is very caring and wonderful. She even made arrangements for their cremation and returned their ashes to us. We now have 2 new kitties and Dr. Diffy and her staff are doing a great job taking care of them!

I do not even know where to begin. I hold the staff and the Dr.'s at NWRAC in such high regards. I always know my little heathens are in great hands when I leave them in their care, whether it be for boarding or for medical needs. If you want a clinic that is like family, look no further.
