My family has rented a storage unit for years at this location and I rented one for the past four years. The prices are super compatible very far. The staff is wonderful. The location is secure. I never once had any issues or felt unsafe. Jesse was wonderful when it came to closing my account. If I ever need to, I will rent from this place again
I have used self storage units in various locations around the country for 20+ years. This has been the best experience of any. Jessie is knowledgeable, precise, helpful, and personable. The site and unit are clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it.
We rented a 10×20 drive up unit on August 13th for $169/month (no move-in special). The sign up online was easy and got in right away. We noticed the first month the gate accessing units was open all hours of the night which is concerning for security. Not sure if that was fixed because we didn't frequent our unit this last month. From when I first moved in, to when I first forget to pay the rent on time (a day late 👀 and they gave me a courtesy call for it) I have received nothing but kindness. It was easy to move in, easy to get to my unit, and simple process.
Jessie helped my wife and I rent two storage units at NSA storage in Sherwood. We were both so impressed with her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to make sure we had everything we needed.
