Have felt very secure using NW Self Storage in Sherwood, OR. Easy access, well lit, Amanda in office is really friendly and helpful. Storage units clean and secure.
It's not a bad place if you don't mind a little bait and switch. Within two months of renting a unit, our price was jacked up by 30% a month.
Great facility. Kimberly is very responsive and friendly and I frequently see her cleaning up the property and making sure everything is in order. They have great surveillance as well. Even though it's not 24hr access, the hours are great and haven't been an issue.
A wonderful experience with Mrs. Kimberly here at North West Self Storage. I'm glad I came here to a welcoming place. I've mostly enjoyed the service provided along with the clean organized atmosphere.
