Beware and think twice before using Northwest Self Storage. They are dishonest from start to finish. They offer a lot of promotions and discounts to get you in and as soon as you are in, the discounts disappear. When you call them on it, they say "I don't know who said that." You finally get them to honor their 6 month advance payment discount and the next thing you get, is a "we haven't raised our rates in a long time" form letter, with an 8% increase from $120 per month to $130.50!
