Clean, secure, and convenient to downtown Salem and Willamette University. Managers Randy and Diane were professional and friendly and cheerfully answered our questions and couldn't have been more flexible and efficient in handling our check-in. Rates seem very reasonable, too. Will definitely recommend to others looking for storage in the Salem area.Ā
High rates horrible after hours customer service. Bought an auction unit that had bedbugs and no one has gotten back to me on handling the situation. So unprofessional. Not worth it at all use someone else if you can. The location was in SalemĀ
Manager is a "dick" very rude and looks for reasons to confront you. I will go to another storage facility as soon as month is up. He does not have to act like that. I have been a customer for two years and have finally had enough of the manager. Facility is okay.Ā
