Ruby, the property manager, was great. She was informative, helpful, and flexible. The unit was not clean, and there had been someone using it for personal reasons (not sure what exactly, but not for storage). Ruby was helpful in offering us a different unit, but we opted to put the items in the hallway, and she said she'd take care of it. The unit was priced right for what it is.

I have been renting from the location on Del Web Ave in Salem Or for 12 years. I have been so grateful for Ruby and her help and guidance. When I have a question or online pay issue she is right there to help me out. I feel like I am her most important customer when I'm there. I have encountered many managers in my time and Ruby is the best. Thank you!

Customer service was very helpful and nice.. I'm a shy quiet person and was nervous going in to sign the lease but after meeting ruby she was like meeting a old friend and made it all so simple and easy. Would highly recommend

northwest storage in salem is fantastic! this is the second time we’ve rented a unit from them for my daughter’s college summer storage. quick and thorough service - ruby is great and quick to problem solve if anything comes up.
