This is my personal opinion based on my personal experience with Linda Bivens, Title Officer for Northwest Title. My heloc has been held up due to her shoddy work. Laziness? Incompetence? We worked with two locations to finalize documents with the buyer. The property we sold was in Guernsey County, but we signed papers at the Grand View location. Pleasant experience all around. Communication was great along with everyone we worked with!
