Carmetta was a pleasure to work with. The process was a little rocky at first with juggling a closing date that worked for all parties.. After we got the.closing date nailed down the process was seamless. Carmetta provided time for us and the seller to meet and talk in the lobby. Very professional!!
I recently closed on my home purchase with Northwest Title. Carmetta was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns as a first-time home buyer. She is very friendly and made signing day quick and easy.
Tired to get deed work done all I got was the run around. No one knows how to call u back or pick up the phone. Seems if your not spending big money they could care less about u.. Wouldn't recommend
I have closed several homes with Northwest Title. Carmetta is always great to work with. Smooth closings, stays in touch, and on top of it. Would recommend.
All in all the experience was a pretty good one. When we came into the office and were shown into the closing room, everything was explained succinctly so that we understood all of the paperwork, since it was our first house. However, when we arrived at the office, we found the atmosphere rather tense because, beside the presence of our agent, Gabby, there was a young man and woman couple and another woman to whom I believe we were not introduced.
