I’m able to come here now too for gum health. Instead of having to go to the periodontist between cleanings I can come to Norton FD and receive GBT-Guided Biofilm Therapy. The machine is even more advanced than the machine at the periodontists office. It’s different, but it’s like a version of a sand-blaster for your teeth and gum-line. I received a filling and it went well.
I was more relaxed about the procedure because I went with the anesthesia. I sleep through the whole thing and when I woke up it was over . ( Thank you) Everyone was nice and courteous. The doctor did a nice job .
My dentist was very kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and was open about what to expect after surgery! It all was a very positive experience!
Went into how many teeth cleaned, and the dental hygienist Barb was absolutely phenomenal. She introduced me to a new method of cleaning that they use in Switzerland. It was absolutely wonderful. The dentist came in and looked at my x-rays, and was very helpful in getting a plan together and also about contacting the insurance company first before proceeding with anything consider was no surprises as far as billing to me. Do not remember the doctor's name that came in and assisted me.
I didn't wait long and I got all the answers I need from the doctor in my consultation.
It was great communication respectful staff and informative it was great
They knew exactly what my allergies were, they double checked as well by asking me questions which I’m very happy with because that’s so very important. My nurse was very thorough and kind.
My hygienist used a new machine to clean my teeth. Very little use of picks so less painful! She always suggests ways that I can take better care of my teeth and not break the bank . Love the staff here!
