As always, Heidi is wonderful! She’s always cheerful, friendly and very thorough with my cleaning. I love the new biofilm tool. My teeth felt so clean. NO gritty polish was fantastic! The girls at front desk were very helpful and proficient as well. A+ experience

Surgery done on 10/9/25 by Dr Wang to remove 6 remaining upper teeth. Preparation’s for new upper plate. Excellent results quick recovery. Need to have second surgery to smooth out gums before receiving my upper plate so dentures will fit good. Anesthesia went well also. I have every confidence in Norton family Dental. Very thorough and very professional.

I used to hate going to the dentist, but not any more. I feel safe and well taken care of at Norton Family dentistry! My favorite Hygenist, Barb, recently introduced me to new way to clean teeth. She used a Guided Biofilm Therapy that uses a special powder and warm water to clean my teeth. No scraping or scaling! I loved it! Norton Family Drnistry is a great facility with really caring, friendly staff! Mary Tholen
