So far I’ve been Rx’d 2 meds I had reactions to and another that was $573 for a month. Too expensive for me. Now a topical cream which includes one of the meds I had a reaction to. ??? I was denied oral pain med which is unnecessary because I have taken one for many years OFF & ON as needed. No pain? No med needed. Simple. I’m sick and tired of living in pain.

I am sorry to have to leave dr. Morales is care. I have been with Nova Spine Institute for 4 years and have been happy with my progress and had no issues. After all this time dr. Morales seems to have changed his attitude towards his patients. While nothing has changed in my lifestyle or medical area, this doctor felt a need to accuse me of things that weren't true, due to what the feds have dictated. I am a reasonable person but the doctor needs to take lessons and how to talk to his patients.

NovaSpine is another word for factory medicine in AZ. There are so many older people with pain that the place is a zoo. You never see an MD unless you are having a procedure. All continuing care is done by revolving door PAs - some are better than others. You are a number, get in line, get stuck with a needle and move to check out AND the first question you are asked is not what hurts but what insurance you have. They want to be paid on a volume Medicare business. Go elsewhere.

Very unprofessional and incompetent staff like the doctor! Left with more pain then I started with, beware! Lots of excess charges and incorrect charges. This is a churn and burn facility!

This office is very unorganized. .His staff is rude and made numerous billing errors. Also this doctor acts rushed; seems like he books more patients than he can appropriately handle. Do not go to this provider.

his people skills aren't the best, he is there for the money not the patient. you should see the way he does physical, by touching your joints only. when i went there he treated me like i was a junkie and talk to me down with his chest pop out. he did not listen to what i had to say, sometimes as a doctor listen to what we say. so we had a few bad words to each other that day what a professional. this so call doctor that is hiding in his own little world. no doctors that i talk to knows him wow!

Unfortunately, not likely. This is in no way a reflection of his care, but of his office staff. First, they gave me a fax number that did not work to send my authorization. I had a number of issues dealing with their staff and ended up deciding to go with another provider. The hassle was not worth the alleged high reviews.

This place is. A place is a patient mill. Pain meds out of the question as well as muscle relaxer. Get out your wallet your deduct able blown here you have to go under anesthesia each visit and get back epidural a ONLY.

Came into room and asked tech if this is the new patient. She said yes, I said Hello and Dr. Baker went back out without even saying Hello back. Waited 10 minutes for him to come back to room. Told tech that I was not happy that Dr. could not even say Hello. Dr. Baker finally came into the room and said I should see another Dr. and he would give me my money back. VERY UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE
