RecommendedNRG is a great facility! I have just recently joined and love being a member here. They just put in all new equipment and keep the locker rooms extremely clean. The staff at the front desk, the trainers and owner create such a positive and welcoming atmosphere, I couldn’t ask for anything more!

Absolutely the worst gym I've seen in my 20 years in the industry. It's an absolute shit show of people just standing around or sitting on machines not working out, they have a "tailgating" fee where if you let someone in after you and they don't check in the charge you $30( mins you I've watched high school kids use their phones to unlock the door from the weight room to let friends in that I'm assuming don't have a membership but they charge someone for having good manners and holding the door for the person behind them? **DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM ** I originally signed up for a Crunch Fitness flex membership in Franklin For $20 a month last Winter 2019. NRG Lab bought out Crunch Fitness in Franklin so I was no longer able to go to the multiple available Crunch gyms , and was limited to Milford, Franklin, and Mansfield. I spoke to the owner Luther when I went to Franklin, and he said check out the Milford gym so I did, and it was right next to where I lived, so I kept the subscription going and then Covid happened (no ones fault). Do not join this gym! They re-opened after the onset of Covid and I contacted them to tell them I can no longer be a member because of health issues. They told me I could get my $35 yearly maintenance reimbursed as well as the $10 charge for membership if I explain my issue in an email. I get a response in a form letter that says I need to give 30 days and will only get my membership canceled as long as my payments clear. No person to talk to, no means to speak with management for a complaint. The main number showing on my c... read more
I called and I sent an email cx my service yet they still charge me. I never sighed up with them. Don’t use them. All they want is to steal your money.
