RecommendedBest gym I’ve been to by far! I used to go to other gyms but never felt like I was at home. NRG lab feels like home to me ❤️ there is always a friendly face when you walk in the door, and staff usually knows you by name. Also, the equipment is always clean. What more could I ask for? RecommendedIf you live in the Franklin and looking for a gym to join make it NRG Labs!! If you currently have a membership at “let’s say Planet Fitness,WOW, YMCA.. etc” cancel those memberships ASAP and your butt over to NRG labs!!
