Everything went smoothly and great
I give this business 5 stars rating because it lives up to its words. It’s been six months now since I rented my storage unit at Southern Self Storage in Pearl River, LA. Stopped in yesterday to reserve a unit . The employer was very friendly, willing to make sure what you I got was right for me and my belongings, literally took about five minutes with paperwork an all . With in a couple hours my stuff is safely stored ! Thank you guys again for helping me

Customer service was exceptional and service was prompt.
clean and nice place . employees very nice the only thing that sucks is yall call at 7 wish it stayed open till 9pm for people that work but other then that love this place
Thank you to Ms. Laurie Dufrene for all of her help with getting me set up with a unit sized for me and my things. Her description and explanation of everything left me with no questions and exactly what to do if any cake up.
It was excellent. The manager at Stor-America went out of her way to accomodate us with our special needs and found nus the perfect storage unit that met both our storage requirements and our budget.
