I was able to complete all transactions online with no problem. When I went to the office to get my access code, the customer service was awesome. The office staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Because I never had a storage unit before, the staff walked me to the unit, showed me how to secure the door and how to enter the access code. They advised me which lock to purchase and had them for sale, so I got everything done on that visit. They also followed all COVID-19 precautions.

I had a great experience renting a storage unit at Upland Self Storage. The person that helped me (I didn’t ask her name) was very pleasant to talk to and very thorough throughout the rental process. When I arrived there were two customers ahead of me and she worked at a very fast pace without leaving out any details and answering every last question that the customers had. Customer service is always superb. The price of the units are reasonable. The location is perfect. The ease of switching to a bigger unit was quick. The variety of units, climate controlled and non climate controlled, and the size of the units, is accommodating. You will not be displeased.
