So far this has been a great experience. I could have used a little more information on using the keypad for both entry and exit but I was able to figure it out.

Melisa has always been extremely helpful! She helped us find a space and do an easy transfer. She was on vacation when we actually moved in, but she had left detailed notes for the gentleman that was filling in for her. He handled all our paperwork and was very friendly!
