I had a great experience renting a storage unit at Upland Self Storage. The person that helped me (I didn’t ask her name) was very pleasant to talk to and very thorough throughout the rental process. When I arrived there were two customers ahead of me and she worked at a very fast pace without leaving out any details and answering every last question that the customers had. She even acknowledged the waiting customers and apologized to us for the wait which wasn’t that long. This was my first experience renting a storage unit... read more

Customer service is always superb. The price of the units are reasonable. The location is perfect. The ease of switching to a bigger unit was quick. The variety of units, climate controlled and non climate controlled, and the size of the units, is accommodating. You will not be displeased.
