My rental experience was very pleasant and an easy process. The location outside Fiddlesticks in Fort Myers, is very convenient. Staff member who assisted was very informative and accommodating throughout the entire process. I couldnt be happier.

The girl we worked with at the storage facility was very nice and helpful. On the other hand the main office customer service was awful they scheduled us to come in at a time it was closed and they didn't tell me I'd have to pay the entire 4 months upfront.
