Sammie and the other person we’re incredibly helpful (my apologies but I’m bad with names). The experience was seamless and painless and was able to match the special I had been offered at another storage place. They were also able to accommodate my late arrival which sweetened the deal. I rented a unit two days ago. The staff was professional, helpful and very friendly. This morning, I went and purchased some packaging materials and again they were very helpful and friendly. Thus far, a five star experience. We will only have the unit for a month or two, once we move out, I will love a final review, good, bad or ugly, although I have no reason to believe there would be anything negative to say.
