Pricing is great but service was really awkward. The employee was obviously terrified of COVID19 which is fine. But he treated us like we were garbage vermin trying to kill him with a virus. Yelled at us for opening the door that said "We're Open." I'm not saying he shouldn't be afraid. But I am saying if your employee is so terrified that they're going to be a jerk, maybe don't force them to work the front desk.

Sammie and the other person we’re incredibly helpful (my apologies but I’m bad with names). The experience was seamless and painless and was able to match the special I had been offered at another storage place. They were also able to accommodate my late arrival which sweetened the deal.
