During this time of the virus I needed a storage spot right away. I was told this place had available spots for drive up. I'm disabled and needed this kinda locker. Told me all the specials without me asking. Telling me about a bigger locker I could get bigger than the one I had picked for same price but much bigg er. That was awesome and paid only penny plus insurance for first month. Got a huge spot in back near fence sunny quiet area nobody bothered me. We moved to San Antonio from Arizona 6 months ago. iStorage has been a lifesaver with all our belongings. You can do everything online. They have a nice planning guide that allows you to enter your items and then it gives you the estimated size of unit that you need. The complex is extremely clean and easy to access

The staff at iStorage made it very easy to transition form a large unit that I no longer needed to a smaller one. Very helpful on during the day I moved giving me a unit as close as possible to my old one
