Barbie stopped everything she was doing to attend my wife and I when we drove in to see about a place to store our camper. The facilities were well maintained and clean. We hopped on the gulf cart and away we went to see the storage parking areas! Although the cost of an under cover parking spot was a little expensive for us, noticing that the facilities were well managed and that Barbie really cared about us and our business, we were all in! Especially during the Pandemic, my no contact rental experience was perfect. Was able to easily reserve online. An online follow-up was received immediately with all the detail of what to do next. I spoke with Marilyn at the Hurffville Sewell location. She was very professional and helpful. She left everything needed in my unit. Completed the process with no issues. This location was easy to navigate and premises was very clean. I am Happy I chose Istorage.Â
