Service was professional and courteous, the process especially since I am there now in a larger storage unit was great. One complaint as compared to others in the area is the lack of moving equipment to help make the move in process easier. Something as simple as a hand truck or cart would be so easy and inexpensive.

Martha & Brandi were very helpful in picking out the right unit, process the contract over the phone then on move in date checked to make sure everything was okay, clean units, and to see if there was anything else we needed. Would recommend them for all your storage needs.

From the time I signed up online and received a call, it was probably 15 minutes. No credit card or money up front, but unit was reserved. I had a storage pod delivered and they had it placed inside the security gate and told me to take as much time as I needed to unload it. Mary Brooks was amazing! Overall, smooth and great experience!
