During this time of a world pandemic, getting a storage was no problem with this company. There was a no contact process, representative called within 15 minutes of my online purchase and it was a quick process to get the keys for the unit.

I was a tad stressed out about the imminent arrival of my shipment and needed a good place to store my stuff. Ali helped me pick out lockers over the phone and made sure they'd be available when I came in to sign contracts. Mike showed me around when I came in for the first time and helped sign me up. Both took good care of me. Excellent facility, modern, clean, secure, well lit. Definitely recommend.

Kevin was amazing! I called to get information because I have never had to put anything in storage. I reserved a unit and he was very courteous and walked me through the process. I would recommend iStorage for anyone needing a storage unit!

Diane was great! I felt bad cause I was undecided with picking a unit. I was going back and forth on 2 units. She was very kind and patient with me. I am glad she was there to help me. She’s a great worker cause most people would be annoyed, but she wasn’t and told me to take my time.
