Office staff friendly, efficient and helpful.
I would like to give a special thanks to Leanne! She was super friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. She went over all the rental details and was very knowledgeable. Our experience went smoothly, we had a similar room for over two years prior so our information was in the computer. The person there was quick and efficient, he took us to our storage room and showed us where to park. We used to rent for three months at a time, but I Storage only rents monthly, I didn't understand that type of thinking. Good, clean, climate controlled storage, would highly recommend. Ronald A. Signing up was very easy and Brian was extremely helpful. Now if only moving in would be as easy. I am deploying and after doing research for about a week on where to store my stuff, I went off of the reviews everyone else left. Glad I did!
